The final sketch
The final sketch shows everything that I wanna draw. The mainly concept is a girl who’s about to stop playing toys, but her alive toys don’t want her leave, so they suddenly tie her tightly!
The overall mood of this piece should give a fun story. Do you notice the fun part here? At the floor, There is one doll who already fainted because he is so tired from playing with the friends. And there is one doll were accidentally tied with a girl, and he thought ‘why I was caught too!?’
The mainly theme is mixing between Japanese culture and circus – game.Grey Scale process
I have special drawing process – greyscale. The first greyscale is for separating layers of each elements. The 2nd greyscale is for lighting and shadowing including adding a little bit dimension. Although I love doing greyscale, it’s preferable. Many artist didn’t have this step.
